The E-Internship Program provides highly prized university talent for entrepreneurial businesses. The program has been designed to provide considerable educational value to interns and turnkey convenience for employers. For interns, the program provides immersion in an entrepreneurial environment, professional development activities, and financial compensation. For employers, the program performs nearly all HR functions, including candidate prescreening, on-boarding to the university's payroll, visa compliance screening for international students, and intellectual property protection. 

 

The E-Internship program is open to all university students, so employers have the option of hiring undergraduate or graduate students for internships requiring technical and/or business skills. Participating businesses simply determine the minimum qualifications for the internship, pay a flat fee, and select an intern from a short list of 2-5 qualified candidates.
